The CITQ informs the operator of his registration number and sends him a registration certificate.
The operator is required to display this registration certificate in public view, at the main entrance to the establishment or, if the establishment is located in a building of several residential units, at the entrance to the building.
The operator is required to display the registration number in all advertising.
Operators must provide their registration certificate to transactional digital accommodation platforms if they wish to use their services and display their establishment for rentals of less than 31 days.
The registration is valid for a period of 12 months and the operator must then renew it if he wishes to keep the privileges conferred.
