GETTING A CERTIFICATE

The CITQ collects the annual certification fees of $50 from the operator

The CITQ sends the operator a principal residence establishment certificate in the form of a written notice that includes the establishment number

The operator must display this notice in view of the public

The operator must include the establishment number in all advertising to be indicated as follows: "Establishment Number: XXXXXX". It may be placed anywhere on the advertisement.

The principal residence establishment certificate is valid for 24 months
